He was honored as one of the top five young chefs by the esteemed Gayot dining guide, as well as being inducted as one of Houston’s Star Chefs in 2012 – an honor bestowed to five chefs from a pool of 75 local restaurants. Upon taking over Cinq, Jeramie’s career became a whirlwind of hard work and critical acclaim. During Robison’s tenure there, his reputation led to several recommendations of his work to Dan Zimmerman, owner of the Colombe D’or, a 72-seat fine dining restaurant within a Bed-And-Breakfast and special event venue in Houston.
Jeramie eventually moved back to Texas to open Tesar’s own concept in the Woodlands. His skill and dedication so impressed his chefs that Tesar invited him to follow on a burgeoning venture in New York, where they worked together at David Burke’s Fishtail. From there, the bustle and excitement of the kitchen possessed him, and he earned his culinary chops working under the tutelage of John Tesar and Jason Maddy at the Mansion on Turtle Creek, where he spent three years working his way through every station while honing his skills of butchery, saucemaking, and overall business acumen. A Dallas favourite, Aubree-Anna is known primarily for her popular renditions of America’s greatest classics like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Billie Holiday and many more.Chef de Cuisine Jeramie Robison is a chef by both nature and nurture – his food-loving family encouraged his culinary ambitions from the very beginning, when he began working as a cook in his native Ruston, Louisiana. Aubree-Anna, voted “Best Lounge Singer” by D Magazine where she was the cover model and feature of the issue. This singer, songwriter and entertainer has won a loyal following in the DFW area. He is a popular performer in Dallas and Los Angeles, and we’re proud to introduce him to The Library’s guests. Goga studied classical piano since the age of 7, played the guitar for more than 15 years and composes his own music. He performs a wide variety of genres, from opera to rock. Goga is an amazing vocalist and musician with a unique baritone voice.

Whether you are interested in an elegant evening featuring the American song book, including Gershwin and Porter, latest popular genres, or anything in between, Erik will perform these with a touch of class. 11 p.m.Įrik has been delighting patrons at The Library for over 20 years. and with Jeff Robbins every Thursdays 6.30 p.m. Jeff has enjoyed an expansive life of music that originated in Orlando FL and now continues throughout the Dallas metroplex.ĮRIK BARNES – Wednesdays 6 p.m. Jeff has travelled the world teaching advanced education music, recorded music on various labels and provided direction for a multitude of bands throughout his career. As a solo vocalist and pianist, she brings her own style and velvet lounge sound to tunes of the 70’s, 80’s, and today’s music. Venues have included The State Fair of Texas, Nashville’s Wildhorse Saloon, Louisiana’s Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and AT&T Stadium. Nashville recording artist, Dalene Richelle, has performed all over the southern states with her band, Lantana.
